2. Purpose of Participation

The Ourtown Creative Academy, a program of 7sound & Co Media Group, provides creative instruction in many artistic modalities, including but not limited to music, written word, visual arts, media, and performance. Sessions, rehearsals, performances, and related activities may be recorded for educational, promotional, and entertainment purposes.

3. Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, grant 7sound & Co Media Group (“The Company”) the irrevocable, worldwide right to photograph, record, and capture my child’s image, voice, likeness, and creative work in public, performance, group class, and rehearsal settings.


These materials may be used in:

  • Social media platforms

  • Websites and promotional materials

  • Video content, including YouTube and streaming platforms

  • Educational and commercial content produced by The Company


This use is royalty-free, perpetual, and without additional compensation.

4. Private Lesson Media Options (Select One)

Please select one choice.
Option A – Academy Content Participation: Recording may be used in social media, series, or streaming content.
Option B – Private Only: Recording for personal use only (not public).
Option C – No Private Lesson recording for any purpose.

5. Group Classes, Showcases & Public Events

All group classes, rehearsals, showcases, and performances are considered public-facing environments and may be recorded and shared publicly. Participation constitutes consent to be included in such media.

6. Compensation & Ownership

Students participate as learners, not employees or contractors. No compensation is provided. All content is owned by 7sound & Co Media Group. Private Lesson raw (unedited) content is shared with the parent/guardian for their personal ownership and use.

7. Safety & Representation

The Company will represent students respectfully and will not use content in a harmful or exploitative manner.

8. Revocation Policy

Parents/guardians may request removal of future use in writing. Previously published content may not be fully retractable.

9. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless 7sound & Co Media Group from claims related to the use of my child’s likeness.

10. Parent/Guardian Consent
